This class
meets all requirements for serving process in all 254 counties in the
State of Texas.
Become a
Texas Supreme Court Certified Process Server. Current TSC
Certification holders that were originally "grandfathered" into the
program by the Supreme Court are required to take this course for
renewal between July 1, 2007 and July 1, 2008, at which time their
original certification will expire. At whatever time they choose to
renew, they must have completed the course within 90-days prior to
that date.
The
class is not configured in a large classroom layout, but rather a smaller round-table discussion class. We
will not only provide all necessary application forms and assistance in
proper completion, but we will have the required Notary Service
available at no additional charge. Get it done right here and enjoy
a nice comfortable
setting that can give you what you need to know if you are just beginning;
and if you are a veteran, we use your experience and knowledge to keep it
interesting and informative. We can also provide you with necessary
fingerprint information that may be the most beneficial and convenient.
Please note there are no refunds on fees paid for
Civil Process Class registration fees. You may re-schedule one time to a
different date if you are unable to attend, but no refunds will be
made.
