PLEASE READ CAREFULLY!!

All cancellations must be received in writing—NO EXCEPTIONS! If received on or before July 25, 2009--a full refund, less a $10 processing fee, may be granted or the full registration fee paid may be carried-forward and applied to a future TALI Conference (all "carry-over fees" must be used within one (1) year). Requests received after July 25, 2009, will be eligible for ONLY 50% OF THE REGISTRATION FEE TO BE REFUNDED OR CARRIED-OVER. A substitute can attend if we receive notification no less than SEVEN (7) DAYS PRIOR TO THE FIRST DAY OF THE CONFERENCE. TALI reserves the right to substitute instructors and make necessary modifications to the program/agenda.
