Course Description:
TCI's will learn the fundamentals of cell phone related evidence
gathering, cell phone location tracking and, using real case
scenarios, will learn how targeting specific cell phone evidence can
be the tipping point in a case.
TCI’s
will gain knowledge of how to preserve and obtain cell phone carrier
records and be shown examples of how investigations are impacted by
the records.
TCI's
will also be introduced to the variety of evidence found in Apple's
iPhone and how this new technology promises to change the TCI's
investigation when iPhone evidence is found.
Upon
completion of this introduction TCI’s will be empowered to discuss
with clients and attorneys the impact of cell phone evidence in
civil & criminal cases. TCI’s will also possess new skills to
leverage cell phone evidence in case investigations.
