Rob Smith

Rob Smith is now one of less than three dozen Texas Certified Investigators recognized from over 4,000 investigators licensed by the State of Texas Department of Public Safety – Private Security Bureau. He was formerly the senior criminal investigator for the Richardson, Texas Police Department, where his duties included personal protection of a well-known individual for several months at the direction of the Secret Service Agency of the U.S. Treasury Department during the era following the Kennedy assassination. He completed extensive administrative and operational training schools and seminars provided by the Southwest Law Enforcement Institute at Southern Methodist University, Texas A & M, and the International Association of Chiefs of Police.
 

Smith is a Texas Department of Public Safety - PSB approved continuing education instructor and school director-operator with previous experience in both police academy instruction and teaching at the community college level. He is co-owner with his wife Macklyn, and managing agent for Executive Services Investigation Agency located in the Richardson-Plano-North Dallas "Telecom Corridor" with additional offices and a major data resource retrieval center near the cities of Eustace and Log Cabin in the East Texas / Cedar Creek area.

This class meets all requirements for serving process in all 254 counties in the State of Texas.

Become a Texas Supreme Court Certified Process Server. At whatever time you choose to renew, you must have completed the course within 90-days prior to that date.

The class is not configured in a large classroom layout, but rather a smaller round-table discussion class. We will not only provide all necessary application forms and assistance in proper completion, but we will have the required Notary Service available at no additional charge. Get it done right here and enjoy a nice comfortable setting that can give you what you need to know if you are just beginning; and if you are a veteran, we use your experience and knowledge to keep it interesting and informative. We can also provide you with necessary fingerprint information that may be the most beneficial and convenient.

Please note there are no refunds on fees paid for Civil Process Class registration fees. You may re-schedule one time to a different date if you are unable to attend, but no refunds will be made.
