Graduated from Texas Tech University Law School in 1984 and was admitted to the State Bar of Texas in 1984. President of ALSI, INC., which is a Texas Corporation doing business as ALS INVESTIGATIONS. In addition to doing private investigations, he is a sole practitioner of law under the business name ALLEN L. STIDGER LAW FIRM, PLLC.

After completing law school and being admitted to the State Bar of Texas, attended the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) Academy. During a twenty-two (22) year career as an FBI Special Agent, had extensive training in conducting financial investigations and asset tracing. As an FBI Special Agent conducted numerous complex investigations into narcotics violations, frauds, money laundering and terrorism financing.

Member of several professional investigative organizations to include the Texas Association of Licensed Investigators (TALI), International Intelligence Network (INTELLENET), and the Ex-FBI Agents Association. Brian Butcher, a native of Baytown, TX, earned a Bachelor of Arts degree (Journalism, History) from Baylor University in 1993. He then worked as a curator for the San Jacinto Museum of History. Mr. Butcher earned a Doctor of Jurisprudence in 1999 from the University of Houston. He is Board Certified in Personal Injury Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.

Mr. Butcher’s legal career has been dedicated exclusively to the representation of injury victims. Prior to joining Noteboom The Law Firm, Mr. Butcher worked for litigation firms in Tarrant and Dallas counties serving as lead counsel in hundreds of lawsuits involving environmental exposure, toxic tort, workplace injuries, and wrongful death lawsuits arising in Texas, Florida, Arkansas, Nebraska.

Mr. Butcher is admitted to practice in Texas, and the United States District Court of the Northern and Eastern Districts of Texas. HE is a member of the Texas Trial Lawyers Association, Dallas Trial Lawyers Association, Tarrant County Trial Lawyers Association, Northeast Tarrant County Lawyers Association, and the Tarrant County Bar Association.

Catherine Torrez was a police officer for more than twenty years.  She served in various roles (Patrol, School Resource & D.A.R.E Officer, Criminal Investigato, Captain and Chief of Police.  She wrote the Emergency Management Plans for all Weather and Active Shooter type of contingencies and also trained every staff and student in the various School Districts she worked in.  During her years as a police officer, Torrez attended the Law Enforcement Management Institute of Texas to gain her Management/Leadership certificate. After leaving police work, Torrez worked for two years as a private investigator with Taurus Investigations, She is now the owner and manager of Stiletto Spy and Company Investigations (www.StilettoSpyInvestigations.com).  Her niche area of expertise is in Crimes Against Children cases.  Catherine is currently serving on the board of the Texas Association of Licensed Investigators and recently obtained the level of Texas Certified Investigator. 


 

 

CONNIE BRIGGS

Connie Briggs is the founder and owner of Briggs Investigations Group (B.I.G.) located in Roanoke, Texas whose operations and investigations span the country. Connie, a graduate of the Professional Development Institute at the University of North Texas, has held numerous sales, executive director, and leadership positions over the last 20 years. Specifically, Connie was a Team Leader for Mary Kay Cosmetics where she received numerous awards and honors, Transportation Coordinator for Northrop Grumman, and Executive Assistant for Fox Sports to name a few.
After receiving extensive training from experienced Private Investigators in the art and science of investigations, surveillance, database research, etc. Connie founded Briggs Investigations Group in April 2012, which has also been certified as a “Women Business Enterprise”, as well as, “Woman Owned Small Business” by the Womens Business Enterprise National Council. She also holds a certification from TXDPS as Licensed to Carry a Handgun Instructor and an instructor for the National Rifle Association with certificiations of Pistol and Home Firearm Safety, and Legal Process Server for Texas Judicial Branch Certification Commission. To further B.I.G.’s success, Connie established an extensive network of fellow private investigators, counter espionage, and legal professionals throughout the country.
Mrs. Briggs, who is heavily involved in her community, is a longstanding member of various organizations including California’s, Florida’s, and Texas’ Association of Licensed Investigators, National Association for Professional Women, and Association for Christian Investigators.

The Department of Public Safety (DPS) regulates the private security profession in Texas. DPS protects the public by conducting fingerprint-based background checks on applicants, licensing training schools and instructors, investigating and resolving complaints, and taking disciplinary action against licensees or seeking criminal prosecution of those who perform private security services without a license.
The private security profession includes armed and unarmed security guards, personal protection officers, private investigators, private security consultants, alarm systems installers and monitors, guard dog trainers, armored car couriers, electronic access control device installers, and locksmiths.  DPS regulates the private security profession under the authority of the Texas Occupations Code, Chapter 1702 and the related administrative rules.

Bob Wall is the owner/manager of Wall Investigative Services, an investigations firm that specializes in complicated and forensic intensive cases. He also is a full time faculty member with the University of North Texas Criminal Justice Program. Prior to accepting his current position at UNT Bob was an adjunct instructor at the Criminal Justice Training Center at Tarrant County College’s police academy.
Bob holds a bachelor’s degree in Criminology and Criminal Justice from the University of Texas- Arlington, a Master of Science in Criminal Justice from the University of North Texas, and is finishing a PhD in Criminology from the University of Texas at Dallas. Bob is also a Certified Fraud Examiner with the Association of Certified Fraud Examiner’s.
Bob opened Wall Investigative Services in 2008 after serving 28 years with the Haltom City and Grapevine Police Departments. His assignments while with the police department were diverse and included investigations, crime scene search, and accident reconstruction. He testifies regularly as an expert witness in both civil and criminal trials. Bob is also affiliated with UNT’s new Cyber Forensics lab at the UNT Frisco campus.
