Bio: Employed by the Galveston Co Sheriff's Office from 1973 to 2024. Various positions, however 48 of my 51 years there in investigations. Supervisor over several investigative units for many years. In the 51 years approximately 20 years affiliated with the FBI Safe Streets Task Force with all applicable clearances. Transferred my state license to the Brazoria County District Attorney's Office in Jan of 2025 and remain assigned to FBI Task Force. Also served as President for the Intl Assoc. of Auto Theft Investigators and Texas Association of Vehicle Theft Investigators. I authored the legislation in 1991 that created the Texas Motor Vehicle Crimes Authority was appointed by Governor Abbott to the Board and also Chair of the Board for the MVCPA. Also affiliated with the Beat The Heat organization which is a youth outreach program with a focus on Illegal Street Racing, Texting and Driving and Drinking and Driving. I have conducted 618 events nationwide with my race car and have come in contact with over 1.5 million kids...
