- Pay the $200 application fee. Click here to pay.
- Submit a White Paper topic as explained in the White Paper Criteria.
- Upon approval of the White Paper outline or summary, submit the actual White Paper as explained in the White Paper Criteria.
- Take the written and oral examinations.
